Miss Greater Waterbury / Miss Brass City pageant

My first appearance as Miss Shoreline 2009 was at the Miss Greater Waterbury and Miss Brass City pageant in Wolcott. Let me tell you, that crown is so hard to pin down without a mirror! But isn't it pretty? I am honored to wear it with great pride!

I also met many of my fellow local titleholders. I am looking forward to a wonderful week at Miss Connecticut with them! :)

Congratulations to Amber Caron, Miss Greater Waterbury and Dana Brooks, Miss Brass City! Dana was 1st Runner Up at Shoreline so I was happy she won tonight and Amber seems like such a sweetheart. Congrats again ladies!

Miss Shoreline 2009 is...

ME!
YAY!!! Can you believe it?!

Hi everyone! My name is Marie-Lynn Piscitelli and I am the newly crowned Miss Shoreline 2009! I'm so excited, you have no idea! The Miss Shoreline/Maritime 2009 Pageant was held on March 22, 2009 at the Stratford Theatre in Stratford, CT. All of the contestants were truly spectacular and I am humbled to have been chosen out of an extraordinary group of young women. It was such a pleasure to compete with all of you fabulous ladies. Not only did I inherit the crown from the reigning Miss Connecticut, Ashley Glenn, but I also inherited an entire pageant family!

Next up...rounding out the Miss Connecticut contestant lineup with the Miss Greater Waterbury/Brass City, Miss Nutmeg/Mountain Laurel pageants and mandatory "Binder Sunday".

Lastly, if you ever see that my crown is off alignment, PLEASE pull me aside and fix it!(crooked crowns irritate me!)
